New construction

The nice thing about many new construction projects is that the buyer has influence on how the house will look like. For example, you can choose a specific kitchen or a certain type of bathroom. But also on the outside of the house, buyers can often opt for a certain model of façade or an extension.

During construction, there are costs that can be co-financed or paid from own resources. For example, you can co-finance the full double costs at one bank, but not at the other bank. As a result, a mortgage with bank A can be rejected, while at other reliable banks this may be possible. We are happy to explain the (tax) differences between the construction interest and the interest loss during construction and the various conditions with regard to the new-build mortgage. We can also advise you on insurances and the time at which they take effect.
